Ätakollen is a mobile app for tradespeople, foremen and project managers. Users create ÄTA (change order) documents on site, collect the customer's legally binding signature in seconds and auto-generate PDF documentation — straight from the phone.

Tech stack
The problem
ÄTA processes in Swedish construction projects have historically been paper-based. Tradespeople write by hand, scan, email and chase signatures — leading to delays, disputes and lost billing. The need for a digital, legally binding process was enormous.
The solution
We built a native iOS and Android app with offline support, structured ÄTA templates, a secure signature component aligned with Swedish legal practice and automatic PDF export. The backend runs on AWS with versioned document handling and an audit log.
The outcome
Ätakollen is live and used daily by tradespeople across Sweden. The app has dramatically cut turnaround time from days to minutes and given construction projects a cleaner invoicing process. TXL IT operates the platform and ships new features as the customer grows.
