flinc — photo-based lead generation for construction

flinc is a mobile app aimed at tradespeople and construction companies in Sweden. A user takes a photo on site — a façade, a roof, a garden — and receives a qualified sales lead in under 60 seconds.

The problem

Swedish construction and trade companies spend millions every year on lead generation through Google Ads and Facebook — yet conversion is low because imagery often doesn't match the actual service. The industry needed a faster way to match the right customer at the right moment.

The solution

We built an iOS and Android app with a camera-first flow where photos are piped through an AI classifier. Once the job type is identified (roof, façade, drainage, etc.) the lead is matched to a pool of companies that bid via an auction system. The whole flow — photo, classify, match, notify — takes under 60 seconds.

The outcome

flinc launched in beta during 2025 with several hundred active companies connected. TXL IT continues as the technical team — we have scaled the backend on AWS and built a new admin panel for real-time lead handling.
